Refund Policy

We guarantee your dahlia tuber and canna will have one viable eye and cutting is viable upon arrival, all true to the pictures and will grow into healthy plants if you follow the planting and care directions as provided. Otherwise, you will receive full refund of the tuber/rhizome/cutting value.  This guarantee does not cover plant failure caused by insects, extreme growing conditions, poor growing practices or neglect.  Please let us know within 24 hours for cuttings or within 48 hours for tubers/rhizomes after delivery if you have immediate concerns on tuber/rhizome/cutting quality, or by September 30th of the same growing season if you have other issues.  

As mentioned in “Shipping Info”, after an order is placed, we don’t accept cancellation, subtraction or addition to the existing order.  In some rare cases, if the tuber is not stored well through winter, we will issue a refund. You can make another separate order and inform us to combine them, and we will refund the additional shipping charge, minus $2 processing fee for each additional order.  Please check "Shipping Info" for more details.
